To ensure the highest quality experience, a safe environment, and a smooth schedule for everyone, please review the studio policies below before finalizing your appointment. 💳 Deposit & Booking PolicyNon-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking through GlossGenius to secure your time slot. This deposit will be applied directly toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.Base + Art System: All custom designs require a specific amount of time. You must book a Basic Full Set ($45) along with your corresponding Nail Art Tier (Tier 1, 2, or 3). Inspiration Photos: If you have a specific design in mind, please text or DM a picture at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures we have the correct tier selected and any necessary specialty products ready. 🧼 Foreign Removals & Product SafetyForeign Removal Fee: If you currently have acrylics, gel extensions, or hard gel on your nails that was done by another salon, you must add a Foreign Removal service to your booking. Removing work from other salons takes extra time and care to protect your natural nails. Failure to add this to your booking may result in us needing to downgrade your nail art tier to fit the allotted session time. ⏱️ Cancellation & Late Policy24-Hour Notice: we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made under the 24-hour window will forfeit the deposit, and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows: Failure to show up without any notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee and will restrict future bookings. 10-Minute Grace Period: If you are running late, please text me immediately. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to downgrade your chosen nail art tier to fit the remaining time, or reschedule entirely (subject to the late cancellation fee). 👩‍⚕️ Health & Safety RulesNail Health First: We prioritize the health of your natural nails. We cannot service nails experiencing severe lifting, open wounds, or suspected fungal infections. If you need a consultation on your nail health, please reach out before booking. 🛠️ Service Fix Guarantee7-Day Repair Window: We pride ourselves on durable, high-quality work. If you experience any unexpected lifting, chipping, or a broken nail within 7 days of your appointment, contact me immediately. We will repair the damage free of charge. Any damage reported after 7 days, or damage caused by improper aftercare (rough handling, picking, or prying), will incur a standard repair fee. ✨ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ART ✨ To ensure we have enough time for your desired look, all nail art must be booked as an add-on service. • Tier 1 (Minimal): +$15 (+15 mins) - French, chrome, or 2 accent nails. • Tier 2 (Elevated): +$30 (+30 mins) - Multi-nail swirls, animal prints, or gems. • Tier 3 (Luxury): +$50+ (+45+ mins) - Character art, 3D gel, or full freestyle.
